Dahlia Pervez

As a Canadian and American licensed legal counsel with nearly a decade of experience, Dahlia Pervez brings extensive in-house and private practice expertise across within technology, entertainment, real estate, and Crown corporations, where she built and led legal departments, advised executives and boards, and managed complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Her expertise in corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy law, and compliance strengthens her ability to deliver practical, results-driven legal solutions.

Dahlia holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Jurisprudence (M.J.) from Michigan State University College of Law, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa. She is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Michigan, and is a proud member of the Waterloo Region Law Association (WRLA).
