Khizer Pervez

As a Canadian and U.S. licensed lawyer Khizer brings a legal background that spans public service, litigation, and family law across both Canada and the United States. His career includes key roles within the Federal Government of Canada, where he developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, legal policy, and administrative law.
Khizer’s experience also includes family law advocacy in Canada and civil litigation in the U.S., giving him valuable insight into both courtroom strategy and cross-border legal systems. His practical, solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills make him a trusted legal resource for individuals and professionals facing complex or sensitive legal issues.
As a founding and strategic partner at Pervez & Pervez Law, Khizer supports the firm’s long-term growth, legal strategy, and client service development. He plays a key advisory role in shaping the firm’s multidisciplinary approach while drawing on his public sector and litigation experience to provide behind-the-scenes legal insight and support.
